Now you can enjoy a holiday full of active play. This December, Nex Playground is introducing a brand-new Winter experience, plus updating 3 fan-favorite games with festive themes and new content.

Available December 1st through January 4th
Winter Wonders is a brand-new, interactive experience joining Playground + Play Pass on December 1st.
Enter a magical, snowy world where play powers the joy. Check in each day between December 1st and December 25th to complete a new quest. Each completed quest unlocks a festive trophy that can then be placed on your wintery island world.
If you skip a day, no worries! You can come back in and complete any quests you may have missed. And if your family is just unwrapping Playground this year, you can still take part: the Winter Wonders Event will be playable until January 4th, 2026. After that, your island will still be available to visit and explore, but all unfinished quests (and their respective trophies) will be locked in the Play Box ‘til next year.

If your family is a Copy Cat fan, join Roscoe for a special Advent calendar-inspired event. Check into Copy Cat Deluxe each day, beginning December 1st, for a special surprise.
What can you get? Coins, coin boosts, or sticker pack discounts (all for use in the Copy Cat shop) are waiting to be unwrapped. And on a few special days, you can even receive new, holiday-themed sticker packs!
Unlike Winter Wonders, 24 of these surprises can only be opened on the day they’re available, so check-in daily to make sure you don’t miss a new pack. But good news—Roscoe’s final gift will available from the 25th through the 31st, so new players also have a chance to add some festive poses to their collection.

Bowling Strike!’s holiday-themed collectibles are back. This year, you can unlock two new pins and two new balls for an extra dose of holiday cheer. This year’s bowling balls include a red-nosed reindeer and a gingerbread man, and the pins are a nutcracker and gnome in a Santa hat.
Did you miss last year’s collectibles? No worries — those are also available to unlock. Get those balls rolling, unlock the entire collection, and keep the winter vibes all year round.
Available December 24th-26th and January 2nd
Two limited-time events are joining NHL Puck Rush for the holidays. You can participate in the Winter Rivals event from December 24th-26th, and then pick up your stick for the Winter Classic on January 2nd.
In Winter Rivals, choose your team and battle a different rival on each day of the event. Track your individual and team progress on the match leaderboards, and earn those bragging rights.
For the Winter Classic, you can choose to support either the New York Rangers or the Florida Panthers. Shoot, rebound, and score to earn new jersey cards and help your team win the match. Which team will virtually triumph? It’s all up to you.
