Within 14 days of activation of such Play Pass, you can cancel it and get a full refund by contacting customer support. After 14 days, there will be no refund after cancellation and your access to the full catalog will end on the original renewal date.
Play Pass purchased from Amazon or retailers are not refundable due to their own policies.
Yes — just purchase your preferred option and share the activation code with your recipient. You can also use our Play Pass print outs if you’d like to include a physical copy with your gift.
