The Nex Quiet Basketball performs best on:
Hardwood floors — best dribble response and quietest bounce
Tile and laminate — works well; slightly more echo than hardwood
Low-pile carpet — good for footwork drills, reduced dribble height
High-pile or shag carpet will limit dribble height and is not recommended. The ball is not designed for outdoor use — rough pavement will wear down the foam surface.
