UK Mall Tour Registration
Terms & Conditions
Part A — Tour terms
These terms apply when you visit or take part in the #PlayThatMovesYou Tour (“the Tour”), a free Nex Playground demo at the shopping centres listed below. By joining a game or signing up with the Tour QR code, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any children with you. They are short, and we’ve kept them in plain English.
The Tour is organised by Nex Team Inc., trading as Nex Playground (“Nex”, “we”, “us”). Nex Team Inc. is incorporated in the United States. Contact: support@nex.inc.

Opening hours and the exact location in each centre are shown on the tour page: http://nexplayground.com/en-gb/tour We may change dates, hours or locations if we need to, and we’ll update the tour page if we do.
2. The experience
- The Tour is free. There is no booking: families join a short queue at the stand, and our team directs them to the next available play zone.
- Each turn lasts about 4–6 minutes. At busy times we may shorten turns, ask you to come back later, or pause the queue to keep the area safe.
- Signing up with the Tour QR code is optional. You can play without signing up.
- Nex Playground is not sold at the stand. Product, offer and retailer information is on the tour page; you buy from the retailer you choose.
- Character meet-and-greets on Saturdays and Sundays are run separately by Rainbow (our character partner), with their own area, queue and photography arrangements. These terms do not cover them.
3. Children
- Children are welcome. Children under 16 may only play while their parent, guardian or another responsible adult stays at the stand. Our team does not supervise or look after children.
- The adult with a child is responsible for deciding whether that child is able to take part safely, and for the child throughout the visit.
- Only adults (18+) may sign up with the Tour QR code. We do not collect personal details from children.
4. Playing safely
Nex Playground is an active game: you jump, dance, duck and reach. Please:
- play within your own ability, and stop if you feel unwell or uncomfortable;
- stay inside your play zone and keep bags, buggies and drinks outside it;
- tell a member of our team before playing if you or your child has a medical condition, injury or accessibility need that could be affected. We’ll suggest a gentler game or another way to take part;
- follow instructions from our team and from shopping centre staff.
Our team may ask anyone to stop playing, or to leave the stand, if they reasonably think that person’s behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive. We welcome all visitors and will make reasonable adjustments for disabled visitors in line with the Equality Act 2010. Ask any member of the team.
All games on demo are age-rated. The rating for each game is shown at its play zone: PEGI 7.
5. Photography and filming
We photograph and film the Tour for Nex Playground’s social channels, website, tour page and advertising. Signs at the stand explain this.
- General shots. We film wide and atmosphere shots of the stand and crowd, where no one is the focus. We do this under our legitimate interests (see Part B).
- Featured content. We only feature you or your child (for example, close-ups, short interviews or reaction clips) if a parent or guardian has agreed. You can agree on the sign-up form, and we will still check with you on the day before filming.
- Opting out. If you’d rather not be photographed or filmed, just tell a member of our team. We won’t feature you. You may still appear in the background of a wide shot, but we will not use any shot in which you can be identified.
- Content creators invited by Nex may also film at the stand. They follow the same rules.
- Your own photos. You’re welcome to take photos and video of your own family for personal use. Please do not film other people’s children without their parent’s permission.
- Taking content down. Email support@nex.inc to withdraw your consent or ask us to remove content of your family. We will remove it from our channels and stop using it within 14 days. We can’t recall copies that third parties have already shared.
6. Sharing with #PlayThatMovesYou
If you post about the Tour with #PlayThatMovesYou or #PlayThatMovesYouTour, we may ask to share your post on Nex channels or the tour page. We will always ask you first, by replying to your post or sending a direct message, and we will only share it if you say yes. Please only post content you have the right to share, and don’t post other people’s children without their parent’s permission.
7. Your belongings
Please keep your belongings with you. We are not responsible for personal items that are lost, damaged or stolen at the stand, unless this is caused by our negligence.
8. Our responsibility to you
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Each shopping centre’s own rules (including its CCTV and security arrangements) continue to apply while you are in the centre.
9. Changes, complaints and law
- We may update these terms. The version on the tour page on the day of your visit applies.
- If something goes wrong, please tell a team member at the stand or email support@nex.inc. We will reply within 5 working days.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
Part B — Privacy notice (Tour QR sign-up)
