Voice Controls Have Come to Nex Playground
Introducing a New Dimension of Active Play
Our team is constantly pushing the boundaries of how technology can encourage active play and connection. The experience we deliver with Nex Playground should feel magical and seamless, and now, we are introducing a new dimension: voice controls.
How the Nex Remote Microphone Works
You might not have noticed it, but your controller is already equipped for this new feature. Here is how we are bringing it to life in our latest titles.
A Microphone Built into Your Nex Remote
Did you know there is a built-in microphone on your Nex Playground remote? We haven’t used it previously, but you’ll have the opportunity to give it a try in a new upcoming game.
The microphone is only enabled while an on-screen prompt is visible and switches off automatically once the prompt is gone. If you'd rather not use the microphone at all, you can turn it off easily within the game.
Built-In Privacy and Security for Families
Your living room is your private space, and our technology is designed to keep it that way. We ensure that your family's voice data remains completely secure and local.
We designed Playground from scratch to ensure that safety, privacy, and security were always built in. No video or audio is saved or stored.
Your living room. Your rules. Your peace of mind.
