Nikki is the founder of MEC Disabilities, a non-profit organization helping individuals with disabilities with equipment and support in their area. She is also the mother to 6 year old Evelyn who has cerebral palsy, which affects her from the waist down. We flew out to Medford, Oregon to meet Nikki, Evelyn and visit their charming facility.
