How do I join the Nex Playground affiliate program?

If you’re already part of TikTok’s Affiliate Program, simply add Nex Playground to your Showcase and start tagging the product in your videos. Once tagged, you can begin earning commission from any sales driven through your content.

Do you provide free samples?

We’re not offering free samples at the moment, but we do offer a refundable sample option. If you purchase Nex Playground as a refundable sample on TikTok and your content generates 3 or more sales within the specified window, you’ll receive a full refund for your purchase.

Do you offer creator flash sales or coupons?

Flash sales are not currently available. We’ll announce when they become available again.

Can I request a higher commission rate?

We appreciate all the work creators put into promoting Nex Playground! At the moment, commission rates are fixed and can’t be adjusted individually.

Where do I send my ad codes?

Please send your ad codes directly to us via TikTok Creator DM. We’ll review them and include your videos in our paid campaign if they align with current creative needs.

Are there any content guidelines or requirements?

We ask creators to follow TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Ad Policies. Please avoid:

• Competitor mentions
• Sensitive or inappropriate topics
• Content that isn’t kid- or family-friendly.
