Playground for Good

Our mission: Help more people experience the joy of active play, especially those who face barriers to movement.

We’ve seen Nex Playground turn hospital rooms and classrooms into spaces filled with laughter, movement, and connection.

That’s why we started Playground for Good.
”I set it up for a young girl with Cerebral Palsy and was excited to see the system “read her” appropriately despite one of her arms being contracted. Her arm was not able to fully extend, but Whack-A-Mole was still able to read both of her hand placements correctly. She had a great time playing! That was when I knew that this is an exciting new resource for inclusive gaming! I could picture all kinds of scenarios that would help in the hospital setting.”

- Robin Wientraub, Gaming Technology Specialist at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital
