
As the holidays start to roll in, it’s time for delicious food, family gatherings, and the final NexGym challenge of 2025. Jump in between November 1st and the 26th, complete 10 workouts, and earn the last reward patch of the year.
NexGym’s Fall Challenge is serving up a full plate of workouts to keep your energy high all November long.
This time, you’ll complete 10 days of focused fitness, alternating between energizing cardio and strength-building workouts. Then bring both
together on Day 10 for one satisfying finish.

Have you joined us for the past 3 challenges? Then you’re only ten workouts away from completing your NexGym patch set!
Whether you’re wrapping up your collection or starting fresh, this is the perfect time to join the fun. Just be sure to complete all 10 workouts before Turkey Day and fill out the end-of-challenge survey via QR code to claim both your digital and physical patches.
The NexGym Autumn Afterburn Challenge begins November 1st.

Ready to feel the burn? Here’s how to join.
1. Turn on Playground and select NexGym.
2. Choose the Autumn Afterburn Challenge tile in the upper right corner of your screen.
(Don’t see it? Make sure you are in Solo mode. While multiple people in your household can complete the challenge, you cannot access the tile if more than one profile is selected.)
3. Select “Jump In” and complete your first workout.
Thanksgiving will be here before you know it, so we’re giving you from November 1st to November 26th to finish the challenge. But remember, only one challenge can be completed per day. Start early, pace yourself, and finish strong before the turkey hits the table!
After finishing the final workout, a special QR code will appear. Scan it with your smartphone’s camera and fill out the survey to receive your exclusive NexGym Autumn Afterburn patch.
